Club in DeviantArt ZOO DRAWING CLUB Joining * Draw the animal of the week in The Zoo The Zoo is 1 star room so everyone can join if they want. Just read and follow the rules of the room and the rules of the club. * Later you will receive OCmail from K.N. asking your permission to use your picture for the Zoo Drawing Club collages in the Gallery (in DeviantArt) * Once you have give your permission to use your entries, your name will be added to the memberlist. * Since you now have the name in the memberlist your permission will not be asked anymore, in other words, if you draw animal of the week your picture will be saved automatically. * In the animal collage (in the gallery) every artist's OCname will be under their pictures. Every artist has right to do what they want with their pictures, but should not save the collage to be used somewhere else. * If you don't want to give your picture for the club some week, you have to let us know that in your picture comment. About Pictures * All entries should be drawn in The Zoo * Entries should be drawn in OCtime. You have whole week from Sunday to Saturday to draw the Animal of the Week. Please see the date! * Animals drawn too early or too late can't enter the collage. * Only one entry per member in week. If you draw more than one picture of a animal in week, you should tell in your comment which one you want to give for the collage. * Pictures max 300px width. If your picture is bigger we have to resize it when making collage, that would cost us time and lose some quality and details of your picture. * Animal should be animal. If you want to make your animal stand on two legs it's fine, but don't make it anthro (as human proportions). No mutants, mix of animals, anthros or animals related to Animal of the Week. Example: Animal is dolphin >> don't draw orca, even that it is related to dolphin. If you are not sure what Animal of the Week looks like, you can try Google Image Search * We suggest you put some effort in the picture, like drawing some kind of background instead of leaving it white. Our club started September 19th 2004 when people in the OC chat were bored and decided to draw something together in The Zoo. First animal was Emu, and it was so much fun to draw together that we decided to draw new animal every sunday. Only 6 members then.
